Independent coordination
The client selects, contracts with, and pays the vendor directly. We do not sell the vendor’s contract, mark up repair costs, guarantee work, or accept a portion of a real estate commission.
Documented handoff
A visit record can include arrival and departure times, access notes, photographs, client-approved task status, and any follow-up requested by the vendor.
