Pricing depends on rooms, volume of contents, detail level, labeling requirements, and whether the property contains sensitive or specialty items.
Coordination and on-site observation — from $75 per hour
Used for vendor access, cleanout observation, moves, shipping, donation, storage, and other approved field tasks. Minimums may apply.
Statewide New York assignments
Travel time, mileage, tolls, parking, lodging where necessary, and an assignment minimum are stated in advance. Multi-task milestone visits are usually more cost-effective than repeated short trips.
