Each assignment is tailored to the house, apartment, storage unit, or selected rooms.
- Room and location
- Item number and plain-language description
- Multiple photographs where useful
- Visible markings, serial numbers, and obvious condition
- Boxes or grouped contents identified by agreed method
- Items requiring appraiser or attorney review flagged separately
Inventory is not valuation
We do not determine market value, authenticity, ownership, beneficiary rights, or tax treatment. Qualified appraisers and the estate’s professional advisors handle those decisions.
Nothing moves without instructions
Photography and listing do not authorize removal. Shipping, donation, sale access, or disposal requires separate written direction from the authorized client.
