We agree on a task list before work begins.
- Confirm approved team and scheduled arrival
- Photograph rooms before work begins
- Identify keep, ship, donate, sell-access, and discard zones
- Record approved-item handoffs and destination
- Collect donation, storage, and disposal receipts
- Photograph completion and remaining exceptions
The client decides what happens to property
We do not decide ownership or disposition. Disputed, valuable, titled, regulated, or hazardous items are stopped and referred to the appropriate decision-maker or professional.
A safer vendor structure
Movers, cleaners, haulers, and contractors contract with and are paid directly by the client or estate. Our invoice covers only field coordination and documentation.
